Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Hair by Humphrey. Please review my cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellations:

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot.

2. Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee helps offset the costs associated with the time reserved for your appointment and the inability to fill that time with another client.

3. How to Cancel:

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me via phone or email at least 24 hours in advance. I appreciate your prompt communication to help me manage my schedule effectively.

4. Exceptions:

I understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you encounter such a situation, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your cancellation or rescheduling needs.

5. No-shows:

Failure to no be at the scheduled location of the appointment without prior notification will result in a charge equivalent to the full service price. This policy ensures respect for time and helps maintain a reliable schedule for all clients.

6. Payment of Fees:

Cancellation fees must be settled within 7 days of the cancelled appointment date. I accept payments via e-transfer and credit card. Failure to pay cancellation fees may affect your ability to book future appointments with me.

7. Agreement: 

By booking an appointment with Hair by Humphrey aka Sarah, you agree to adhere to my cancellation policy as stated above. I strive to provide exceptional service and appreciate your cooperation in respecting my scheduling policies.
